A Simple Mind-Calming Exercise To Help Reduce Stress

Lots of people find it nearly impossible to find time for relaxation these days. However, it's essential to realise that taking a break from time to time is essential for your health. One thing you can do to rest your mind for a while is to take a couple of minutes every day to practice simple mindfulness exercises.

One of the easiest approaches to learn mindfulness meditation is to register in an introduction to mindfulness course. Mindfulness training is worth your time and energy. If you feel that you're too busy, and that you have not got the time for rest, all the more that you need to give yourself a break.

To begin with, have a go at this basic meditation technique right now.
  • Look for a place to meditate where you definitely won't be distracted.
  • Take a minute or 2 to concentrate on your breath. Slowly take deep breaths. As you inhale, hold your breath for a count of six. And afterwards gently exhale.
  • You may notice some thoughts entering into mind while doing this, and that is certainly okay. Just observe these thoughts and bring your focus back to your breathing.
As your meditation session is about to end, you'll recognize how just a minute or 2 of practicing a basic meditation technique can help you feel so much better.

I've found this video that might help you through the process of meditation. Check it out below!
